Main Reasons for Pairing Failure and Troubleshooting 🛠️

  1. The Wi-Fi is not on the 2.4G band 🔌: The device is only compatible with the 2.4GHz band. Connecting to a 5GHz band will cause the pairing to fail 🚫. Please connect your phone to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and try again 🔄.
  1. Incorrect password 🔒: Entering an incorrect Wi-Fi password will prevent successful pairing ❌. Double-check the password of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and re-enter it after confirming its accuracy ✅.
  1. Weak Wi-Fi signal 📶: An unstable or weak Wi-Fi signal may interrupt the pairing process ⚠️. Move closer to the router, ensure that your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi with a good signal strength, and then try pairing again 🔄.
